Description: Our children’s lives have been turned upside down during the Covid Quarantine we are currently experiencing. They are experiencing the grief and loss of almost every element of structure in their lives. They are being expected to change their learning modalities. Their parents are being asked to assume the role of teacher and feel out of their league in many circumstances. Beth Jakubanis, LCSW and Kieri Olmstead, LMFT, teach parents and caregivers how to build resilience in their kids during this time of confusion and crisis. You will walk away with specific strategies to use with your kids and yourselves that will ensure all members of the family have the coping skills they need to manage the uncertainty of today and hope for tomorrow.
